What is Quiz Bowl?

 

What is Quiz Bowl?: It is the quick recall of random information that falls under the categories of Math, Science, History, Language Arts, Sports, etc.

 

Potential Costs: $10 to get a team t-shirt and if he/she wants snacks at the scrimmages.

 

Other Commitments: You can participate in other things as long as there is a commitment to the team.  For example, you can still participate in track, but a Quiz Bowl Scrimmage should trump a track practice.  

 

Quiz Bowl Practices: Monday and Wednesdays after school in Ms. Hill’s room (tentative).

 

Quiz Bowl Scrimmages & Tournament Schedule – 2016

• Scrimmages will be Thursdays in March. I do not have a schedule yet, but I will get you one as soon as I know. All scrimmages are in Ross County.

• The Quiz bowl is in April in Chillicothe
